Refund policy
We want every paid subscriber to get real value. This page covers when refunds are available — and when they're not.
Cancelling vs. refunding
These are two different things:
- Cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep full Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then move to the Free plan automatically. No further charges. You can cancel anytime from your billing page — takes one click, no email needed.
- Refunding reverses a charge that already happened. See below for when this applies.
Pro plan ($499/mo)
The Pro plan is not refundable for usage-incurred months. Once the month starts, generating scripts and thumbnails consumes real AI compute that we pay for — so:
- If you've used Pro this month (generated any script or thumbnail) → cancel for no future charges. The current month is not refunded.
- If you haven't used Pro this month and you email us within 7 days of the charge → we'll review and usually refund.
- Day-1 outage. If a core feature is broken on the day you upgraded and we can't resolve it within 24 hours of you reporting it, full refund.
- Accidental charge. If you were charged after cancelling (rare — usually a webhook delay), full refund within 7 days.
Done For You ($5K/mo)
DFY is paid month-to-month after a 3-month minimum commitment (we cut from an editor queue and source production gear up-front). Cancel anytime after month 3 from the billing portal — your current month completes, no further charges. The current month is not refunded once editing work has begun.
How to request a refund
Email hello@realtorgrowth.net with your account email and a one-line reason. We respond within 1 business day. We don't ask why beyond what you're comfortable saying.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through LemonSqueezy, typically reaching your bank within 5-10 business days.
